Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents and manage contracts
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide advice on cost-saving initiatives and value engineering
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and cost estimation
- Proficiency in cost management software
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
