As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in every stage of the project, from initial planning and cost estimation to project completion and final auditing. Your role is critical in providing cost-effective solutions and ensuring financial feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents and manage contracts
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide advice on cost-saving initiatives and value engineering
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and cost estimation
- Proficiency in cost management software
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
