As a Data Scientist, you will design and implement data models, perform statistical analysis, and use machine learning algorithms to uncover trends and patterns. You’ll work with big data tools, write scripts, and develop predictive models to assist in decision-making across various business functions. This role requires expertise in statistics, programming, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
Wages
Average hourly wage: $40 to $65 NZD
Annual salary: $85,000 to $120,000 NZD
