Payments to DM Consultants Staff: We advise against making any additional payments to individual staff members. If a DM Consultants employee suggests fabricating your profile or obtaining documents for an extra fee, please report this to management immediately. The company will not be responsible for any agreements made verbally or in writing with staff members regarding additional payments. Any extra service fees paid to employees are at your own risk.

Vendors Recommended by Staff: We strongly discourage using services from vendors suggested by DM Consultants employees, as these recommendations are not endorsed by the company and may pose a risk of fraud. We will not be liable for any charges incurred with third-party vendors referred by our staff.

Fraudulent Information: DM Consultants does not accept cases involving fraudulent information or documents. Your application will be processed based on the information you provide, which we assume is accurate. We are not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or misleading information submitted by you.

We do not provide any documentation independently and work strictly with the information you supply. We expect all submissions to be completely truthful and accurate.

Employee Compliance: All DM Consultants employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal practices. Any violations of company policy will not be the responsibility of DM Consultants, as we only accept cases with verified truthful information.

Avoiding Fraud: To protect yourself and avoid complications with immigration authorities, please keep the following in mind:

Do not be misled by dishonest staff into submitting forged documents; this will result in denial of your request and potential investigations.

Be cautious of claims that payment can influence processing times or decisions—these are made by authorized officials only.

Beware of imposters posing as embassy officials; legitimate officers do not meet clients outside their offices or request money.

Avoid fake websites that mimic official government sites. Always verify information through official channels.

Be wary of job offers that seem too good to be true; they may be scams. Take time to consider before sharing personal details or making payments.

Staff with dubious intentions may try to persuade you into risky arrangements. Protect your investment and avoid these pitfalls.

Countries like the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada welcome genuine visitors and immigrants, but they have zero tolerance for fraud. We strongly advise against engaging in any fraudulent activities as immigration authorities have effective systems in place to detect and penalize fraud.

Consequences of Fraud: Engaging in fraud is a criminal offense in these countries and can result in severe penalties. Responsibility lies with the client; submitting fraudulent documents can lead to significant repercussions, including a ban from entry for up to ten years.

Guarantees: DM Consultants does not guarantee jobs or permits to any candidates. Our employees are not authorized to make such promises. The issuance of permits is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities, and employment decisions rest with the employers.
