Job Brief
We are looking for Caregivers to work in nursing care facilities across Japan. There are 500 vacancies available, suitable for compassionate individuals aged 20–27. Candidates must either have a diploma/degree in healthcare (ANM, GNM, BSc Nursing) or relevant caregiving certifications, along with a willingness to study Japanese full-time for approximately 9 months to pass the SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) exams. Both freshers and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
As a Caregiver, your primary role will be to support elderly clients with their daily routine activities, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance. You will help administer prescribed medications, assist with physical therapy exercises, and prepare meals. Responsibilities also include feeding assistance, accompanying clients to appointments, and responding promptly to emergencies. This role requires empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Description
- Taking care of elderly people for daily routine activities
- Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
- Helping clients take prescribed medication
- Assisting with physical therapy exercises as prescribed by the doctor
- Planning and preparing meals, and helping clients to feed
- Acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Assisting clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
Qualification
- For freshers: Healthcare diploma or degree (ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing) and willingness to learn Japanese language full-time for approx. 9 months to pass the SSW related exams
- For experienced candidates: Certificate holders (General Duty Assistant/Geriatric Care) with minimum 6 months of working experience and willingness to learn Japanese language full-time for approx. 9 months to pass the SSW related exams

Monthly: 170,000 yen - 220,000 yen
